Richard took this pic to send to his work friends. Lovely, isn't it? It looks MUCH WORSE because he's on blood thinners because of the surgery. It's so swollen though. I told him that it looks like a swollen pregnancy foot! LOL! He goes back to work on Wednesday. He said he's wearing a thin sock and asking for a bigger work shoe! LOL! Yeah, I think he might need one. ;)

He ices it several times a day and elevates it. I think the "black and blue" part is moving down and will slowly take over his entire foot before the swelling goes down. *sigh*
Susan, yes he can walk on it, but can't put all of his weight on that foot. So he walks with a little bit of a limp. He says that it doesn't hurt that much (he's not taking pain relievers for it). He says that it just looks worse than it feels. :(
